Hainan Airlines introduced Prepaid Baggage product for international and domestic flights. Passengers taking Hainan Airlines' non-stop flights from China to Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, and Oceania and all domestic flights can purchase excess baggage 24 hours prior to the flight scheduled departure time. Comparing with paying for excess baggage at airport, purchase prepaid baggage in advance can enjoy 20% off discount. Notice! International connecting flights are not eligible to this product .

• 1. Product description

  （1）International Flights: Passengers can purchase 1 to 5 pieces prepaid baggage

  （2）Domestic Flights: Passengers can purchase extra baggage allowance by the following amount: 5KG/10KG/15KG/20KG/25KG/30KG/35KG. Each passenger can purchase maximum 35KG extra baggage allowance

1.Prepaid baggage product doesn’t include overweight and oversize baggage. Additional fees will be charged at airport if your checked baggage are overweight or oversize.

2.Prepaid baggage product is applicable to Hainan Airlines selected international and domestic routes only.

3.International connecting flights are not eligible to this product.

4.Infant passenger is not eligible to this product.

Refund, Reschedule and Rebook

Refund

1. Before check-in: Prepaid baggage product can be refunded if the product is not used. Product can be refunded at original sales channel only. No refund fee.
2. After check-in: Prepaid baggage product can not be refunded after check-in.

Reschedule

1. Prepaid baggage product will be updated automatically with your flight ticket if you reschedule the flight ticket in same class.
2. Prepaid baggage product must be refunded first if you reschedule the flight ticket in different class, and purchase the product again by using the new flight ticket.

Rebook

1. If you rebook your flight ticket, prepaid baggage product can be refunded at original sales channel before flight departure. No refund fee.
